Book Your Delivery
- Get a tailored quote for your delivery by providing the collection and delivery details, along with any special requirements.

Collection

- Seller liaison handled for you – we arrange a convenient collection date and time slot directly with the vendor.
- Professional collection – one of our drivers arrives on the agreed date to collect the item, with optional dismantling if required for safe transport.
- Careful handling throughout – items are carefully loaded, secured and protected, in our vehicle to prevent damage in transit.
Transportation
- An estimated delivery window is provided in advance, including an expected date and time slot.
- Live tracking on the day of delivery, with a tracking link sent as soon as your item has been collected.
- Proactive updates – we’ll keep you informed of progress and notify you promptly if anything affects the scheduled arrival time slot.
Delivery
- Once your delivery reaches its destination, our driver will carefully unload it from the van and into the address. This includes helping to place the item in a room of your choice.
- Please note: Our driver may require assitance to unload the item if 2-man delivery has not been requested.
- If you are the sender of the item, we can send you a signed proof of delivery with a photograph for extra peace of mind.

- Zone 1 (Local – Devon & Cornwall) Collection and delivery usually within 2–5 working days.
- Zone 2 Weekly delivery runs.
- Zone 3 14-days typical delivery time.
- Zone 4 14-days typical delivery time.
- Zone 5 Price on application due to distance, ferry crossings, and scheduling – typically takes 14-days, but Island and highlands may take slightly longer.
